Nestled in the heart of Austin near the 360 Bridge, the Davenport Ranch subdivision is a master-planned community in west Austin just a stone’s throw away from Lake Austin. The Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve spans 227 acres and is filled with miles of trails that are ideal for hikers and bikers who want to enjoy the area’s beautiful surroundings.

The Austin Country Club is also within minutes. The 18-hole course was founded in 1899 and is the oldest club in the state. Members can take advantage of its many facilities including a heated swimming pool, fitness area, lighted tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a dining room, ballroom and meeting facilities.

The Davenport Village shopping center is residents’ one-stop area for all of their shopping needs. The 60,000 square foot upscale center offers everything from banks to a spa and salon. It also has several dining venues where Davenport Ranch residents can enjoy both a quick lunch and dinner or a more formal sit-down meal.
